1. Timing to use facilities of Teakwood agro tourism is from 10am to 10pm. Intoxicated guests are not allowed to enter the premises

   If additional room bookings are done, guests should return to their rooms before 10:30pm. Complimentary Room Check in and Check out timings are as per Event booking timings.

2. Check in time 1:00pm and Checkout time is 11:00am

3. Sound system should stop at 10:00 pm. If the guests wish to continue the sound after 10:00 pm permission for the same should be taken by the booking party/guests from Sewagram Police Station or DM of Wardha.

4. Consumption of Alcohol, intoxicating items, Drugs, Hookah, any illegal substance and Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Teakwood Agro tourism (Cottage/Villa/Outside premises), if found Sewagram Police will be notified immediately and/or hefty fines of minimum Rs. 10,000/- will be levied.

5. Any damage to interior, exterior, furniture or any other accessories if occurs then party on whose name booking has been done will be liable to pay the damages in full with hefty fine and/or complaint will be filed against them in Sewagram Police station.

6. Decoration or Electrical Decoration should be done by the guests only if approved from the management in writing. If found fines of Rs. 10,000/- will be levied.

7. Kindly Note that the Teakwood agro tourism does not allow Fire Crackers within or around the Vicinity of the Premises. Intoxicated guests are not allowed to enter the premises.

8. If the number of persons exceeds that mentioned in booking slip then booking guest has to pay fine up to 3 times of the booking amount. Rs. 2000/- cleaning fine will be levied if excessive litter and/or Vomiting, Puking, Urinating is done by the guests.

9. Sound systems, Speakers, outside food can be bought by guests only if approved from the management in writing.

10. We are not responsible for any of the valuable belongings of the customer or any loss thereof. Pool timings are strictly 7am to 7pm.

11. All outstanding bills, dues of damages to be settled at the time of Event End. Failure to do so legal proceedings will be done along with hefty fines.

12. Afternoon Lunch and Evening dinner buffet will be served by at time requested by guests.

13. We will always try and settle all disputes amicably and fairly. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so, all dispute resolutions will fall under the jurisdiction of the Wardha Court

14. Cancellation / Refund of Advance: No Refund shall be made under any circumstances be it of advance booking amount, full booking amount or any other amount. Fines can/will be levied on guests up to seven days after their checkout.

15. No animals and pets are permitted in the premises without written consent of management. Carrying firearms or any type of weaponry is prohibited inside Teakwood Agro Tourism.

16. We are not responsible for MSEB electric cuts or any other electric failure during the program. Additional charges of RS. 5000/- is to be paid for backup generator arrangement. Guests are strictly not allowed to climb the water fountain if found fine of minimum Rs. 2000/- will be charged.

17. Teakwood farms representatives have right of admissions reserved and can deny entry to anyone into the premises without cause.

18. The Event/Program/Party will be stopped immediately if any fights or quarrel occurs within the guests and everyone will be asked to vacate the premises failure to do so Sewagram police station will be called to handle the situation.

19. Authority reserves the right of cancellation of Booking at any time under unavoidable circumstances.

20. The person in whose name booking is done (whose name is mentioned on page 1 – booking slip) will be responsible for his guests to strictly follow all the basic rules and regulations including the ones mentioned on this page, failure to do so legal proceedings will be done along with hefty fines.

21. Management will not be responsible for any injury, harm or death caused to any guests due to any reason whatsoever.

22. Request all guests to check the property of Teakwood Agri Tourism for existing damages within 15 minutes of check-in and if found report the same to the supervisor. Damage claims will not be accepted after 15 minutes whatsoever.

23. Please note that within 24 hours of Event end , Teakwood farms personnel(s) - in charge /supervisor/helper/management will thoroughly inspect full premises and will report any damage(s) caused by the guest(s) to the person in whose name booking is done (whose name is mentioned on page 1 – booking slip) and subsequent action will be taken. Please note that these damages or excessive litter can be reported to the guest up to 48 hours after their checkout.

24. Swimming Pool and its Arena is a part of Teakwood Agri Tourism. Guest(s) of Teakwood Agri Tourism are NOT permitted to use Swimming Pool and its Arena without the written consent of Teakwood Agri Tourism Management.
